Meet Rashel Taylor, Principal
I founded RMT Solutions to share the community-centered strategies I’ve honed over more than a decade in community engagement. Throughout my career, I’ve watched businesses and programs with strong intentions struggle to sustain their efforts and truly connect with the people they sought to serve. The “what” was clear—but the “how” was often missing.
In today’s socially conscious world, how you treat people defines your success. That’s why RMT Solutions exists. We are here to help businesses optimize processes, strengthen partnerships, and foster cultures where clients feel valued and employees are proud to belong.

Giving Circle Recognition
Taylor’s commitment to giving is deeply personal—rooted in her own experiences receiving support from nonprofits and her belief in showing up for the organizations that bridge critical gaps in the community. From volunteering, to serving on nonprofit boards, she has consistently given her time, talent, and resources to ensure others have the same “village” that once believed in her. Her philosophy is simple: give in the ways you can, honor your commitments, and support nonprofits so they can thrive in serving those who need them most.
